Joe was one of my best friends, we did everything together. We tried out for basketball together and ran track, We skateboarded and surfed and camped out all the time. I remember Luther Stokes was picking on him and going to throw him out of the locker room in his underwear...I stepped in and told Luther That Joe hadn't done anything to him and to leave him alone, and Luther put him down.. right when I was feeling good about what I had done, Luther grabbed me up and tossed me out of the locker room in my underwear....I just waved to the girls and walked around to the other door.... Joe always said "Tim , your the Man"..Joe I miss you my brother... ~ Tim Comella

I remember how funny he was and what a crush he had on my sister. We were very sad to hear that we no longer were able to hang out with such a good friend. he will be remembered well...
